The post-Graduate Department of Computer Science was established in the year 1999; with the objective of imparting quality education in the field of Computer Science. The department is contributing a lot in this field by producing quality professionals holding important positions in the IT industry. The Department has BA/B.Sc. Computer science, BCA, and M.Sc IT Courses. The Department has state-of-the-art infrastructure and computing equipment supported by high speed fiber optical network.  The department has been consistently maintaining excellent academic results and placements. For updating the knowledge of students, the department continuously organizes seminars, workshops, Industrial visits and placement drives. As a result both undergraduate and postgraduate students are well placed through on-campus and off campus placement drives in reputed IT companies like Accenture, HCL, IBM Concentrix, Infosys, L&T Infoech, TCS, Wipro etc. The department has experienced and dedicated faculty members who work for creating an academic-industrial environment through continuous Interaction with the Industry.
